Shipping & Handling

If you send us a racquet to be restrung, it will be restrung within 24 hours and returned to you on the following business day.

If you place an order for merchandise, we ship your order the next business day after we receive your payment. If the item(s) are not in stock, we will usually receive them within a few days, and then shipped to you immediately. We reserve the right to adjust prices at our discrepancy.

Depending on where you live, other methods of shipping may be available

Shipping costs will vary from order to order, depending on size, weight, and destination. Each order will be dealt with individually. You will be informed of shipping costs prior to your order being sent.

Special orders will require payment in full before delivery.

Return Policy

Customers often ask what our return policy is. 

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. No items may be returned without first getting a return authorization from us. All returns for warranty purposes(broken racquets) must be returned to us for inspection. 

The shipping charges will be paid by the customer both ways.
